> iBlockSpam is a product of BroadNet. Why we built a per-domain email filtering service with honest limits, guided setup and ongoing monitoring.

iBlockSpam protects business domains from spam, phishing and malicious email. We focus on clear setup, honest limits and checks that keep working after go-live.

## Why iBlockSpam exists

Most small and mid-sized businesses rely on one domain for almost everything: sales inquiries, invoices, password resets, supplier contracts. That same domain is the easiest way in for phishing, fake invoices and malware.

The tools to protect it exist, but buying them is often confusing. Pricing is per user and hard to predict. Setup guides assume a full-time mail administrator. And once the filter is live, nobody checks whether the MX, SPF or DMARC records are still right six months later.

iBlockSpam is our answer: inbound email filtering priced per domain, with guided setup and monitoring that keeps watching after go-live.

## Our mission

**Make business email safer in a way an ordinary owner or IT generalist can understand, verify and undo.**

In practice that means:

- **Say what we do and what we don't.** We filter inbound mail and give you a quarantine. We are not a security operations center, a compliance archive or a full DMARC reporting suite.
- **Publish real limits.** Each domain includes 100,000 inbound messages per month, a 400 MB maximum inbound message size, 500 outbound relay messages, 30 days of message history and up to 5 days of spooling if your mail server is down.
- **Make every change reversible.** Our setup wizard records your DNS before you change it and shows you the rollback steps.
- **Show evidence, not badges.** We prefer a test message you can trace over a green tick you have to trust.

## How we think about the product

We organize iBlockSpam around five pillars.

| Pillar | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| **Check** | Free tools that read your public DNS and explain what they find, without asking for an email address. |
| **Protect** | Inbound filtering for spam, viruses, malware, phishing and spoofing, with a personal quarantine for every user. |
| **Control** | A portal where admins and users can review, release and manage mail, with access scoped to their role. |
| **Watch** | Domain monitoring that alerts you when MX, SPF or DMARC records change: weekly on Protect, daily on Protect Plus. |
| **Assist** | People who can help you set up, switch over and roll back if something doesn't look right. |

### Check: useful even if you never buy

Our [Email Health Check](https://iblockspam.com/tools/email-health-check), [MX Lookup](https://iblockspam.com/tools/mx-lookup), [SPF Checker](https://iblockspam.com/tools/spf-checker), [DMARC Checker](https://iblockspam.com/tools/dmarc-checker), [DKIM Checker](https://iblockspam.com/tools/dkim-checker), [Email Header Analyzer](https://iblockspam.com/tools/email-header-analyzer), [Blacklist Checker](https://iblockspam.com/tools/blacklist-checker), [Reverse DNS (PTR) Lookup](https://iblockspam.com/tools/ptr-lookup), [MTA-STS Checker](https://iblockspam.com/tools/mta-sts-checker), [BIMI Checker](https://iblockspam.com/tools/bimi-checker), [SPF Record Generator](https://iblockspam.com/tools/spf-generator) and [DMARC Record Generator](https://iblockspam.com/tools/dmarc-generator) are free. The header analyzer runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded. We also say where a tool can't be sure: an MX lookup can't prove mail is filtered, and a DKIM selector we can't find is unknown, not broken.

### Protect and Control: filtering you can see into

Every user gets a personal quarantine and scheduled digest emails, so they can find a held message without raising a ticket. Admins get a domain-wide shared quarantine, allow and block lists, and advanced filters for attachments, geography and Office macros.

### Watch and Assist: the part most filters skip

DNS changes. Someone moves the website, a new marketing tool edits SPF, a registrar transfer resets records. Domain monitoring notices drift and tells you what changed. On Protect Plus you also get a human setup session and a monthly owner report.

## What we won't do

- Claim we stop all spam. No filter does.
- Invent statistics, customers or testimonials.
- Describe our filtering with buzzwords.
- Make it hard to leave. Our [migration guide](https://iblockspam.com/migrate) covers switching in and switching out.

## Who's behind it

## Frequently asked questions

### Who runs iBlockSpam?

iBlockSpam is a product of BroadNet. BroadNet operates the service, the customer portal, billing and support. Inbound mail is filtered on our filtering infrastructure in the United States before clean mail is delivered to your own mail server.

### What limits does each domain have?

Each domain includes 100,000 inbound messages a month, a 400 MB maximum inbound message size, 500 outbound relay messages, 30 days of message history and up to 5 days of outage spooling. Unlimited mailboxes refers to how many mailboxes you protect, not to message volume.

### Why per-domain pricing?

Because most small organizations add and remove people often, and they shouldn't have to re-count licenses each time. You pay per domain, with unlimited mailboxes. That means mailbox count, not message volume: each domain includes 100,000 inbound messages per month.
