> Business email filtering priced per domain, not per user. Spam, phishing and malware filtering with personal quarantines and guided setup for small teams.

Keep spam, phishing and malicious attachments away from your team without paying for every mailbox. One price per domain, a personal quarantine for every user, and setup help when you want it.

## Why small teams get hit hardest

Small businesses receive the same phishing, [invoice fraud](https://iblockspam.com/blog/vendor-invoice-fraud-payment-redirection) and malware as large companies, usually without a security team to sort it out. One convincing fake invoice or password-reset email can cost far more than a year of filtering.

The usual answers don't fit well. Per-user security add-ons get expensive as you grow. Built-in filters vary by platform and are often configured once and never checked again. iBlockSpam gives you a filtering layer in front of your mailboxes, with clear pricing and help to set it up correctly.

## What you get

### Filtering before mail reaches your inboxes

Your domain's MX records point to our filtering servers. Inbound mail is checked for spam, viruses, malware, phishing and spoofing, and clean mail is delivered to your existing mail platform. You keep using Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, cPanel hosting or whatever you have today.

### Quarantine your team can actually use

- **Personal quarantine** for every user, with digest emails hourly, daily, on a chosen weekday or a custom schedule.
- **Shared quarantine** for admins, so one person can review and release messages for the whole domain.
- **Approved and blocked sender lists**, which can require sender verification so spoofed "approved" senders don't slip through.

### Protection when things go wrong

If your mail server is down, mail is spooled for up to 5 days and delivered when it's back. You can search 30 days of message history to answer "did that email arrive?" questions.

### Monitoring you don't have to remember

We watch your MX, SPF and DMARC records and alert you if they change unexpectedly: weekly on Protect, daily on Protect Plus. DNS changes made by a web designer or a new provider are a common cause of quiet email problems.

Prices are beta pricing in USD, excluding tax. If you have five people or fifty, the price for one domain stays the same. See [pricing](https://iblockspam.com/pricing) or the [per-domain vs per-user comparison](https://iblockspam.com/compare/per-domain-vs-per-user-pricing).

## How to start

1. **Check your domain** with the free [Email Health Check](https://iblockspam.com/tools/email-health-check). It reads public DNS only and doesn't need your email address.
2. **Pick a plan** and [create your account](https://iblockspam.com/signup).
3. **Follow the guided setup** for your platform: [Microsoft 365](https://iblockspam.com/platforms/microsoft-365), [Google Workspace](https://iblockspam.com/platforms/google-workspace) or [cPanel/WHM](https://iblockspam.com/platforms/cpanel-whm). Most domains are set up in one session; that's our aim, not a promise, because DNS and platform settings vary.
4. **Verify** with a test message and watch the first digests arrive.

If you're replacing another filter, read [how to switch without losing email](https://iblockspam.com/migrate) first. Industry pages cover specific risks for [law firms](https://iblockspam.com/solutions/law-firms), [accounting firms](https://iblockspam.com/solutions/accounting-firms) and [real estate teams](https://iblockspam.com/solutions/real-estate).

## Honest limits

- No filter catches everything, and occasionally a legitimate message will be held. Quarantine and digests exist so you can find and release it quickly.
- iBlockSpam filters inbound mail at the MX level. It doesn't replace good passwords, multi-factor authentication or staff awareness.
- Outbound relay is included (500 messages per domain per month), which suits notification and form mail, not bulk newsletters.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do we need an IT person to set this up?

Not necessarily. You need access to your DNS and your mail platform's admin console. Our guided setup wizard shows each step for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or cPanel, compares your DNS before and after, and gives you rollback steps. On Protect Plus, a person from our team runs a setup session with you.

### What happens if we add new staff?

Nothing changes on your bill. Pricing is per domain, and both plans include unlimited mailboxes. That means no limit on the number of mailboxes, not unlimited mail: each domain includes 100,000 inbound messages per month.

### Will my team have to log in somewhere new?

Only if they want to. Each user gets a personal quarantine and a digest email on a schedule you choose, such as daily or hourly. They can review held messages from the digest. Admins also get a domain-wide shared quarantine to review everything in one place.

### What if our mail server goes down?

If your mail server is unreachable, incoming mail is held (spooled) for up to 5 days and delivered when your server is back. Senders don't get bounces during that window, so a short outage at your provider doesn't mean lost messages.
