Email filtering your clients can rely on, managed by you

iBlockSpam works with managed service providers and web hosting companies who look after other people's domains. Apply online, agree partner terms with us, then manage every client from one partner console.

Who this is for

Managed service providers

You look after email for several small businesses. Each one has a different mail platform, a different registrar and a different idea of who's in charge of DNS. You need filtering that's predictable to price, quick to roll out safely, and easy to explain to a client owner.

Web hosting providers

Your customers host websites and mail with you, often on cPanel/WHM. Spam complaints land in your support queue. You want to offer a protection upgrade that runs at the MX level and doesn't depend on tuning filters on every server you operate.

What partners get

  • A partner console for every client. One sign-in shows each client account you look after, with the status of every domain. More on the partner console below.
  • Per-domain pricing. Price a client by domain, not by headcount. Unlimited mailboxes per domain (mailbox count, not message volume). Partner terms, including pricing, are agreed individually.
  • The same protection our direct customers get. Spam, virus and malware filtering, phishing and spoofing protection, personal quarantines with digests, allow and block lists, and advanced filters.
  • Guided setup per platform. Steps for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and cPanel/WHM, with before/after DNS comparison and rollback steps.
  • Domain monitoring. Alerts when MX, SPF or DMARC records change, so you hear about drift before a client does.
  • Free diagnostic tools you can use in sales and support calls, starting with the Email Health Check.

The partner console

Once your partner account is approved, your team signs in to the partner console. You can click through a demo with sample clients first.

  • Every client on one page. Each linked client account and its domains, with badges for filtering status, Domain Watch changes in the last 30 days, open lookalike domains, the DMARC pass rate, subscription status and, once synced, delivered and held mail. Search by client or domain, filter to the clients that need attention, and export everything as CSV.
  • Work inside a client's account. Open a client and you see their own portal pages, with a banner showing which client you're working for. With full access you can add and verify domains, run setup and MX checks, turn DMARC monitoring on or off, review lookalike domains and open the filtering panel for a domain.
  • Clients stay in control. A client gives you access by accepting your invitation, or by entering your partner code in their account. They can switch you to read-only or remove you at any time, and everything you do shows in their activity log under your name.
  • New clients. Create an account for a new client and we email their owner to set a password and take ownership. You can start on their domains straight away; each domain still needs DNS ownership proof.
  • Billing stays with the client. Each client chooses its plan and pays from its own sign-in. Partner staff can't change a client's billing, security settings or partner access, and can't delete the account.
  • Security. Every partner staff account must use two-factor authentication. Partner owners add and remove technicians and admins.

How partnering works

  1. Application. Apply online with your company, contact, rough client count and the mail platforms your clients use.
  2. Conversation. A person replies by email. We talk through branding, support responsibilities, onboarding and offboarding.
  3. Agreement. Partner terms, including pricing and the support model, are agreed individually and confirmed in writing.
  4. Approval. We approve your partner account by hand. Your team signs in, turns on two-factor authentication and opens the partner console.
  5. First domains. We recommend starting with one or two of your own or friendly client domains, so your team learns the setup and rollback steps on low-risk mail.
  6. Rollout. You invite or create more client accounts at your own pace.

Things we'll be straight about

  • Every application is reviewed by a person. Approval comes after we've agreed terms with you, never automatically.
  • Clients pay for their own domains today. Each client has its own billing. A single consolidated partner invoice isn't available.
  • There's no partner API or bulk import yet. Clients are invited or created one at a time; the console exports CSV.
  • There's no automatic activation for partner domains. Each domain is set up deliberately, because a wrong MX change affects real mail.
  • Limits apply per domain. A very high-volume client may need a separate discussion.
  • We don't claim to catch every message. We'd rather you set honest expectations with clients than promise what no filter can deliver.

Preparing for the conversation

It helps if you can tell us:

  • Roughly how many domains you'd protect in the first three months
  • Which mail platforms your clients use
  • Whether you or your clients control DNS
  • Who you'd like end users to contact for help
  • Whether you need your branding on client-facing emails and the panel

Frequently asked questions

Can I apply as a partner online?

Yes. Apply on the partner application page with your company, website, contact, rough client count and the mail platforms your clients use. A person reviews every application and replies by email. We agree partner terms with you before approving, and nothing is approved automatically.

How does partner pricing work?

Partner terms, including pricing, are agreed individually. Because we price per domain, a client's mailbox count doesn't change their cost. Each domain still includes the standard limits, such as 100,000 inbound messages per month. Today each client pays for its own domains; contact us to talk about terms.

Who supports my clients?

That depends on the program we agree. Many partners want to stay the first point of contact and escalate to us. Others prefer us to handle setup questions directly. We'll agree the support model with you before your first client domain goes live.

Can a client take back my access to their account?

Yes, at any time. A client's account owner sees which partners have access under IT partners in their account and can lower full access to read-only or remove it. Removal takes effect at once in the partner console and their iBlockSpam account pages, and every action you take in their account appears in their activity log under your name.

Partner terms, including pricing, are agreed individually, and approved partners manage client domains from one partner console. Tell us how many domains you manage and we'll reply by email.
